Call Recording & Our AI Assistant

To help us answer every call, schedule appointments, and improve our service, calls to our business line may be answered by an AI phone assistant and may be recorded and transcribed.You are notified of this at the start of the call. North Carolina is a one-party-consent state for call recording. If you prefer not to be recorded or not to speak with the assistant, you may end the call and reach us instead by text, email, or our online contact form, and a person will follow up.
